Further, as informed vide letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2022/148 dated 29th September, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Equity shares by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives has already been closed with effect from 1st October, 2022 and that the same shall open on 19th October, 2022.
