Inox Wind trades in green as its subsidiary transfers three SPVs to Adani Green Energy

Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 158.75, up by 2.80 points or 1.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 155.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 158.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 159.95 and Rs. 154.75 respectively. So far 47526 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 160.40 on 16-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.40 on 01-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.95 and Rs. 144.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4393.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.21% and 25.55% respectively.

Inox Wind, through its subsidiary, Inox Green Energy Services (IGESL) has sold the entire equity shareholding held in Wind One Renergy, Wind Three Renergy and Wind Five Renergy, special purpose vehicles (SPV) which commissioned 50 MW each, out of the total 250 MW which it had successfully won under the Tranche 1 of Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI -1) bids for wind power projects at Dayapar, Gujarat connected on the central grid, to Adani Green Energy, a part of the Adani Group. IGESL shall provide long term operations and maintenance services for these projects.

Inox Wind through its SPV had supplied, erected and commissioned 25 units of its advanced 2 MW Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 92m Hub height & 113m Rotor diameter as part of 50 MW project each.
