Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Paisalo Digital has informed that the Income Tax Department carried out the survey/search at the premises of real brother of its Promoter & Managing Director at October 7, 2022 at 7:30 hours. Brother of its MD does not own any shareholding/ directorship in the company. Subsequent to this on October 10, 2022 a team reached at registered office of the Company at 20:00 hours. Statements of MD were recorded and certain information were sought. Paisalo extended full cooperation and team left at 22:15 hours on October 11, 2022. This event will not have any negative impact on business operations of the Company
