Further to its communication dated 30th September 2022 intimating about meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, 21st October 2022, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2022. Shree Digvijay Cement Company has informed that the said meeting, Board will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23. Further, Wednesday, 2nd November 2022 shall be reckoned as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of said Interim Dividend for the FY. 2022-23, if declared by the Board in its Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 21st October 2022.
