Further, in continuation to disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 30th September, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, it further informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees and connected persons of the Company till 23rd October, 2022.
