Inadvertently the company has submitted the same using physical signature. Further it is to be noted that the re-submission is utterly for the purpose of compliance with the circulars issued by the BSE and the contents of the submission already filed remains unaffected. The company also enclosed a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company.
