Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals, needs to be changed to convey the activities of the company. Hence, in the meeting, the board of directors of the company has decided to change the name of the company from Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals to iStreet Network, subject to availability from registrar of companies and approval from members and other authorities as may be required.
