With reference to the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE respectively pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Oceanic Foods has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter and Half year ended on 30 September 2022, are approved. The Company will intimate the date of Board Meeting for approval of financial results separately. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
