Authum Investment & Infrastructure has acquired 100% equity shares and entire exposure of Reliance Commercial Finance (RCFL) from Reliance Capital (RCap). Accordingly, RCFL becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Acquisition of RCFL strengthens the company’s business portfolio and enables the company to develop a single platform across multiple financial products and services in the NBFC sector.
The company has acquired 13,53,25,700 equity shares of RCFL aggregating to 100% of the paid-up share capital of RCFL. The company has acquired RCFL for a consideration of Rs 1 crore.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure is a registered NBFC carrying on the business of investment in shares and securities.
