Udaipur Cement Works has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 29th October 2022, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2022. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st October 2022 and shall reopen on 1st November 2022.
