LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022, which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and Scheme of Amalgamation between Silvan Innovation Labs (‘Wholly-owned Subsidiary’) (Transferor Company) with Polycab India (Transferee Company) which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.45 am and concluded at 2.10 pm. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results will also be made available on Company’s website: www.polycab.com.
