Physical Rubber prices witnessed strength on Wednesday despite fears over the US Federal Reserve’s aggressive interest rate hikes to combat persistently high inflation, which could lead the economy into recession.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety gained to Rs 154/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 153.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety rose to Rs 151/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 150/ kg.
