Solar Industries India has informed that, Dilip Patel has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of the company on attaining the age of Seventy-Five years with effect from the closing of business hours of October 19, 2022. It has further confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than that provided above. The letter of resignation pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 received from the Independent Director is enclosed. Further, the details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 and details of directorships held in listed entities, indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committees is given in the enclosed Annexure A.
