FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 20 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5671.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 6052.52 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 380.63 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 339.60 crore against gross selling of Rs 206.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 132.91 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.10 crore against gross selling of Rs 8.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.09 crore in hybrid segment.
