Pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, have issued a Limited Review Report with an unmodified opinion on the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company has enclosed following: Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022, prepared under IndAS along with Limited Review Report issued by Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors, of the Company, Press Release and Investor Presentation. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations, an extract of the aforementioned Financial Results would be published in the newspapers in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the same will be made available on the Company's website at www.mastek.com.
