Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has remained closed for all Designated Person and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st October 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022.
