Pursuant to Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bhagiradha Chemicals and Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 04, 2022, at the Registered Office of the Company at Hyderabad, to transact the following business apart from the other items as per the agenda: To Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2022 and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2022. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company by all the designated person including their relatives of the Company shall remain close from 1st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2022.
