Accordingly, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD /MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of the original share certificate will be issued to the respective shareholders of the Company, as enclosed.
