The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equities while they were net sellers in debt segments, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4435.40 crore against gross sell of Rs 3429.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1006.20 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 852.60 crore with gross sales of Rs 957.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 105.10 crore in debt.
