Tata Steel has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The company has reported fall of 69.51% in its net profit at Rs 2,654.95 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 8708.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 0.59% to Rs 33,262.62 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 33,068.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 89.66 % in its net profit at Rs 1,297.06 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 12,547.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 0.74 % to Rs 60,206.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 60,657.98 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
