Indus Towers has informed that on October 27, 2022, the Company had published and submitted to the Stock Exchanges its quarterly report with respect to the results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. This is regarding the paragraph 'Govt stake in VIL' under 'Section 5 - Management Discussion and Analysis' on page number 14 of the said report. Since the Company is not required to make any disclosures on this matter, the Company is hereby correcting the aforesaid quarterly report by deleting the aforesaid paragraph titled 'Govt stake in VIL' which was incorporated erroneously.
