IIFL Finance has raised Rs 550 crore through the allotment of 5,500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) namely Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures-Series D20 of Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par on Private Placement Basis. Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution dated November 01, 2022 approved allotment of the same.
