As per the terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Prabhat Technologies (India) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors (Resolution Professional) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, as framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2022 for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company and would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration / announcement of above Unaudited Financial Results.
