According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1291.36 crore in index futures and options segments on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 333.71 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 957.65 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 161.78 crore while they bought stock options worth Rs 208.46 crore.
