In continuation to its communication dated 2nd November, 2022 and 3rd November in respect of initiation of CIRP against the Company vide an order dated 1st November, 2022 passed by Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata and stay of the aforesaid by the Hon’ble NCLAT, by its order dated 3rd of November, 2022, Titagarh Wagons has informed that it attached the orders dated 1st November, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble NCLT and 3rd November, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble NCLAT, New Delhi.
