Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for the above purpose has been already closed from September 24, 2022 as communicated earlier vide its letter dated September 23, 2022 and shall remain closed till November 15, 2022 in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' by the designated persons as defined under the Code pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended.
