EKI Energy Services has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiary companies as under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 named as: EKI One Community Projects; EKI Two Community Projects; EKI Three Community Projects; and EKI Four Community Projects.
The said wholly owned subsidiaries will carry on the business of reduction of the impact of greenhouse gases and providing offsets to emissions through Community based projects in India or anywhere else.
