TAKE Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday, November 7, 2022, approved /took on record the following: Appointment of Statutory Auditors- The Current Statutory Auditors of the Company G.D Apte & Co., Chartered Accountants are retiring at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held in the month December 2022. In view of the same, the Audit Committee has proposed, and Board of Directors has recommended Sundar Srini & Sridhar, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from financial year 2022?23 onwards, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The requisite details of the appointment as required under SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are given in the Annexure?1.
