IRB InvIT Fund’s gross toll collection rises 39% in October 2022

IRB InvIT Fund’s gross toll collection in October 2022 stood at Rs 77.02 crore as compared to Rs 55.59 crore in October 2021 i.e. up by 38.55%. On month on month basis, the company has reported 6.09% rise in October 2022 over September 2022 when collection was Rs 72.60 crore.

In the month of October 2022, under IRB InvIT Fund, IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway collected Rs 31.13 crore toll, toll of Rs 12.35 crore received from IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road, IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway has collected Rs 12.38 crore toll, M.V.R. Infrastructure And Tollways has received toll of Rs 13.53 crore and toll of Rs 7.63 crore received from IRB Talegaon Amravati Tollway.

Meanwhile, toll collection at IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road was suspended on account of Farmers' agitation in October 2021. The concession period for IDAA Infrastructure i.e. Bharuch Surat and IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway i.e. Surat Dahisar project ended on March 31, 2022 and May 25, 2022 respectively and the projects were handed over to National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). Accordingly, the said projects are not covered in the above disclosure.
