Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ind-Swift Laboratories has informed that Alankit Assignment, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent has intimated the Company on 9th, November, 2022 regarding receipt of letter from the Shareholder informing loss of original share certificate along with the request for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the same. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD-RTAMB/ P/ CIR/202218 dated 25th January 2022, RTA is in the process of issuing ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the concerned Shareholders after completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates. Details of the share certificate and shareholder are enclosed.
