Zydus Lifesciences reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company has reported around 32-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 451.10 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 14.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.68% to Rs 2,508.00 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,078.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 82.60% in its net profit at Rs 522.50 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3002.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 9.60% to Rs 4,179.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3,813.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
