Alkem Laboratories reports 38% fall in Q2 consolidated net profit

Alkem Laboratories reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company has reported fall of 37.15% in its net profit at Rs 350.69 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 558.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.31% to Rs 2,535.13 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,407.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 37.74% in its net profit at Rs 347.72 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 558.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 10.14% to Rs 3,130.04 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,841.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
