Godrej Properties, IRCTC and Reliance Industries to see some action today

Godrej Properties has been declared as the highest bidder for two adjacent land parcels in Noida with a bid of Rs 377 crore. It has been declared as highest bidder as per the e-tendering portal of SBI, which facilitated the e-auction on behalf of Noida Authority. The company will develop residential group housing on the adjacent land parcels located in Sector 146, Noida. Spread over 12.4 acres, the land parcels will offer about 3.2 million square feet of development potential.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is offering medical treatment packages to customers at competitive prices in a bid to tap into the growing wellness tourism market in India. The aim is to provide a holistic experience of the medical value of travel with various other elements like accommodation arrangements, road transfers and optional wellness packages after the treatment. The company has partnered with a medico-technical online services company on a pilot basis to provide the entire back-end services to the customers who avail various medical and wellness packages.

Reliance Industries (RIL) has been awarded the work to develop the first multi-modal logistics park (MMLP) at Mappedu in Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. MMLP Chennai at Mappedu is being developed in an area of 184.27 acres. The estimated project cost is Rs 1,424 crore. Total concession period is 45 years. The special purpose vehicle will provide four-lane highway connectivity of 5.4 kilometres with an estimated cost of Rs 104 crore and a new rail siding to the MMLP site of 10.5 kilometre length with an estimated cost of Rs 217 crore. MMLP at Chennai, which is strategically located at 52 kilometres from Chennai Port, 80 kilometres from Ennore Port, and 87 kilometres from Katupalli Airport, will be a focal point of logistics in the southern region.

Wherrelz IT Solutions has signed an agreement with Valuefy Technologies to provide Software development services and technical Staff outsourcing. The said agreement shall continue for a period of 1 year or for successive 1 Year period (as the case may be mutually decided after that). The Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs 12 lakh.

Dilip Buildcon has received Provisional Completion Certificate for project of ‘Construction of Road, Tunnel, Viaduct and Churhat Bypass of Rewa- Sidhi section of NH-75E New NH-39, from chainage Km 33/200 to 55/400 (total design length 15.350 km) as Cement Concrete Pavement configuration in the State of Madhya Pradesh on DBOFT or HAM basis’. The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on November 10, 2022. The project cost is Rs 1004.00 crore.

Sarthak Metals has received an approval from the Board for the installation of 335.88 kWp Solar Power Plant at the roof top of the company’s manufacturing facility situated at Hathkhoj, District Durg, Chhattisgarh for captive consumption.

Fortis Healthcare reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.  The company has reported many fold in its net profit at Rs 82.41 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 4.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company increased by 26.18% to Rs 320.90 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 254.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 67.11% in its net profit at Rs 218.24 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 130.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.35% to Rs 1,622.73 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,470.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
