Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 23(9) read with Regulation 15(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as ‘the Regulations’), Capricorn Systems Global Solutions has informed that the related party transactions on a consolidated basis for each half-year are to be disclosed. However, since the Company’s paid-up equity share capital and net-worth does not exceed the threshold limits specified in Regulation 15(2) of the aforesaid Regulations, the compliance with Regulation 23(9), pertaining to disclosure of related party transactions on a consolidated basis, is not applicable to the Company.
