Divis Laboratories has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The company has registered a rise of 17.70% in its net profit at Rs 144.24 crore in Q3FY13 as compared to Rs 122.55 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 25.68% to Rs 556.68 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 442.94 crore in the same quarter last year.

Divis Laboratories, together with its subsidiaries, engaged in the manufacture and sale of active pharma ingredients (APIs) and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry in India and worldwide.
