Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Dodla Dairy has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have considered and approved incorporation of a wholly owned direct subsidiary of the company for carrying out production, distribution, and such related business activities. The details/disclosures in respect of the said WOS, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09 September 2015 shall be provided upon the occurrence of the event i.e., formation of the company.
