Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Artefact Projects has informed that Ashok Karwa has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from closing of business hours on Saturday, 12 November, 2022 and the same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors in the meeting held today. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during the tenure and is in process of identifying or hiring new person for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchange once the position of CFO is filled up. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
