In further to letter dated 18th October, 2022 submitting Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company by way of an Ordinary Resolution for appointment of Jay Mohanlal Shah (DIN: 09761969) as Director and Whole-time Director of the Company, for a period of 1 year with effect from 01st November, 2022, Gujarat Fluorochemicals has informed that the Remote e-voting period was commenced on Friday, 21st October, 2022 at 9.00 am (IST) and ended on Saturday, 19th November, 2022 at 5.00 pm (IST). The resolution placed through Postal Ballot was passed by the Members with the requisite majority and deemed as passed on the last date of e-voting, Saturday, 19th November, 2022.
