L&T, Wipro and Infosys to see some action today

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has completed the supply of 46 Nos. of Process & Piperack Modules to Linde Engineering, Singapore for a gasification complex. After the commencement of operations, Linde will produce and supply hydrogen and synthesis gas from the plant. L&T’s Modular Fabrication Facility at Kattupalli on the east coast of India is equipped with robust infrastructure and machinery to handle large volumes of complex module fabrication, a dedicated marine jetty with an admirable quality and safety performance in its operations.

Wipro has launched a strategic cybersecurity consulting offering in Europe. This comes on the heels of a series of acquisitions in the consulting space-Edgile, Capco, and Ampion-and is part of the firm’s vision to build a global cybersecurity consulting offering to help clients stay ahead of a dynamic threat and regulatory environment. The new consulting capability, offered through Wipro Cybersecurity and Risk Services (CRS) Europe, will expand on Wipro’s existing cybersecurity services and enable clients to tap into Wipro’s full set of capabilities-from strategy and implementation to managed services.

Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with Envision AESC, a world-leading battery technology company. Through this collaboration, Infosys will help develop a cloud-based platform to digitize and automate manual processes at Envision AESC’s Electric Vehicle (EV) battery manufacturing plants.

Shareholders of Vodafone Idea have approved issuing shares worth Rs 1,600 crore to ATC Telecom Infrastructure on a preferential basis. Vodafone Idea’s board has given its nod to settle Rs 1,600 crore dues to equipment vendor ATC Telecom by converting the due amount into equity, if the amount remained unpaid in 18 months.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s (APSEZ) step down subsidiary -- Adani Agri Logistics (AALL) has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiary namely Adani Agri Logistics (Chandari), Adani Agri Logistics (Katihar Two) and Adani Agri Logistics (Gonda). AALL Chandari, AALL Gonda and AALL Katihar have been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of AALL for the purpose of development, design, construction, financing, procurement, engineering, operation and maintenance of Silo Complexes with Container Depot (Hub Silo Complex) and without Container Depot (Spoke Silo Complex) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis under PPP mode at Chandari and Gonda, Uttar Pradesh and Katihar, Bihar respectively.

Hindustan Motors has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to extend the EV domain across the border to enhance the production of eco-friendly electric vehicle.

Bank of Baroda has entered into an alliance with Aerem Solutions (ASPL) and its subsidiary, Aerem Finance (AFPL) for the financing of Solar Rooftop projects for captive use by MSMEs. Under the agreement, Bank of Baroda will provide collateral-free loans at affordable rates to MSMEs for installation of captive solar rooftop projects.
