Barbeque Nation Mena Holding, Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality, has acquired additional 153 equity shares constituting 51% paid-up share capital of Barbeque Nation Restaurant (BNRL), a Step-down Subsidiary of the Company.

Post the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Barbeque Nation Mena Holding (formerly known as Barbeque Nation Holdings) in the said Step-down Subsidiary stands increased to 100%.

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality is one of the leading casual dining chains in India, the company pioneered the concept of 'over the table barbeque' live grills embedded in dining tables - allowing guests to grill their own barbecue’s right at their tables.
