The Corporation’s shareholding in HEG has diluted from 26,45,158 to 18,68,998 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 6.854% to 4.843% of the paid-up capital of the said Company. There is a decrease of more than 2% in holding during the period from December 27, 2019 to November 22, 2022.
