Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Dabur India has informed that the Company is in receipt of communication from the shareholder of the Company regarding loss of share certificate. In terms of the Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 issued by SEBI, the Company shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholder, if applicable, upon receipt of required documents from shareholder and completion of necessary formalities.
