IIFL Finance has raised Rs 26 crore through the allotment of 260 Non-Convertible Debentures namely Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Market Linked Debentures-Series D21 of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par, on Private Placement Basis. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company vide resolution dated November 25, 2022 approved allotment of the same.
