Inox Wind has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 2nd December, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and others' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons, was closed from 1st October 2022 and will end 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
