Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avonmore Capital& Management Services has informed that it enclosed the copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated November 14, 2022. The aforesaid Notice is being sent to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off date being Friday, November 18, 2022, on their registered email address. The Company has engaged _Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) to offer e-voting facility to all its members to enable them to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting period will commence on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 5.00 pm (IST). The said Postal Ballot Notice will also be made available on the website of the Company www.avonmorecapital.in.
