Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bervin Investment and Leasing has informed that Indu Shekhar Tripathi (DIN: 00654167), Non - Executive, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from November 24, 2022 due to his pre-occupation, the Company has received the resignation letter on November 26, 2022. Further, the Company has also received confirmation from Indu Shekhar Tripathi that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned for his resignation letter. The other details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure A.
