Entertainment Network’s (India) (ENIL) US subsidiary -- Entertainment Network, LLC (EN. LLC.) has terminated the Time Brokerage arrangement effective from November 30, 2022 with a US based broadcaster to broadcast radio programmes and content, targeting the South Asian community in the Bay Area - USA.
Due to the non-fulfilment of material contractual obligations by the counterparty, rendering the business operations unviable, EN. LLC. has issued a termination notice to the counterparty.
Entertainment Network (India) (ENIL), was incorporated in June 1999.It is a subsidiary of Bennett, Coleman & Company (BCCL)-the flagship company of the Times of India Group, was incorporated in 1999. ENIL operates in radio broadcasting under the brand Radio Mirchi.
