BOC India has reported results for fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012.
The company has reported 10.35% fall in its net profit at Rs 45.38 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 50.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 12.76% at Rs 328.19 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 376.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
For the entire fiscal, the company’s net profit dipped 26.45% to Rs 89.48 crore from Rs 121.66 crore in the previous fiscal. The total income from operations went up by 14.86% to Rs 1324.44 crore from Rs 1153.08 crore in last year.
BOC India has recommended a dividend of a 15% (i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity shares) of Rs 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2012.
