EFC’s (I) (EFCIL) wholly owned subsidiary – EFC has subscribed 2,250 equity shares of EFC Tech in right issue offer floated by it, resulting EFC Tech becomes subsidiary of EFC. Before subscription of right issue EFC was holding 40% shares of EFC Tech and currently EFC holds 51% equity shares of EFC Tech.
