Pursuant to regulation 23 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT has informed that Shubhendu Saha, the independent registered valuer of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust ('Brookfield India REIT') has tendered his resignation vide his letter dated November 30, 2022, as he has accepted an invitation to join a firm as a partner, as a result he shall no longer be able to practice in his individual capacity, as a registered valuer. A copy of the resignation letter received from Shubhendu Saha is enclosed.
